The Sage
The Sage integrates an English language dictionary and a relational thesaurus into a single reference system Super program for anyone with an interest in words, much loved by crossword addicts.

highlight word and get defintion, link to 'net dictionaries and pedia's - built in micro browser - works on any text, browser, pdf's etc. Better than Sage as an instant tool, but no synonyms , antonyms, anagrams, wildcarding - great tool.
